Our client belongs to one of the biggest Japanese banking group and a leasing company for cars, business machines, construction equipment, etc.

In the Philippines, they engaged mainly in the leasing business of trucks and construction equipment for both Japanese clients and Filipino clients.

Job Description and Qualification:

Job Descriptions:
  • Compliance Administration Job: Cooperate with other departments (namely Finance and Operations), preparing documents for government department submission (SEC, BIR and DOLE Compliance)
  • Update the request of the government every week and update the company compliance policy and system
  • Handles Audit for Data Privacy (DPA), AML, Operations etc.
  • Will be the mediator between the company and the government and cooperate with other departments
  • Report to the Japanese Management in the Philippines.
  • Human Resource: Manage the current HRGA and the Recruitment Lead
  • Will be involved in the employee performance evaluation and then reports to the management
  • Update company policy and update some WFH rules and set-up or commute rules
  • General Affairs: Maintain company contracts of vendors (vendor management)
  • Manage the company driver, nurse, janitorial services, etc.
  • VISA Applications and renewals for the expats
  • General Administration job and manage cash flows (cheques, vouchers and invoices)
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder
  • With at least 10-15 years of related work experience is a must for the position
  • Well-versed in government compliance (BIR, SEC, DOLE, etc.)
  • Can handle both HR and Administration department
  • Experience in a Japanese company is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Willing to work physically in the office (door-to-door car service)
