Job Description and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in providing HR clercial support. Candidate must be amenable to provide clerical and administrative support only to the HR department
  • Knowledgeable in 201 and 202 filing, documentation, encoding information of employees, reports
  • Knowledgeable in providing support for Government Loans (Collection and Tracking of documents only)
  • Experience in doing COEs, employment verification, offboarding documentation
  • Well versed in using MS Office
  • Candidate must be organize, keen to details, highly analytical, goal driven and strong administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills, has own filing system or process, motivated, has initiative and pro-active
  • Candidate must be amenable and capable to report on site Makari (Rockwell) on a daily basis but must also be capable to work from home if needed
  • Preferably someone with own tools (Laptop, etc)
  • Work schedule from Mondays to Fridays, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Can start immediately
  • Open for a 6 months project engagement


  • File the colleagues’ documents and other HR related files in a timely manner.
  • Process ID requests – new hires and replacement
  • Endorses the required govt forms, where applicable, to Local HR for wet signature and submits the same to the vendor.
  • Informs local HR once a Sickness or Maternity computation has been provided by the vendor for direct Payroll credit to colleague. Reviews the details and computation provided by the vendor.
  • Reviews and tracks progress of the open items as listed in the weekly tracker. Escalates issues to local HR where necessary.
  • Monitors and tracks the submission of the hardcopy of the receipts related to the Optical/Medical Allowance liquidation.
  • Provide support in the Offboarding management
  • Prints out & submits the hard copy of COE to authorized signatory of HR in case wet signature is required.
  • Prepares COEs for Independent Consultants or former Project-based employees upon request.
  • Creates a database for all inactive and active Independent consultants or former Project-based employees.
  • Scans and consolidates copy of contracts of all active and inactive consultants and saves in a common drive. Checks and receives the goods/products ordered by HR.
  • Prints softcopy of vendor invoices where applicable and submits the same to Finance.
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
