Job Description and Qualification:

The Role

· Administers company benefits including government statutory benefits.

· Looks for opportunities to make benefits administration more effective and efficient and keeps updated on statutory benefits regulations.

· Processes employee leaves through online application system, ensuring that configurations are according to policies and guidelines. Maintains accurate database of leaves and absences by making necessary adjustments to correct inconsistencies. Attends to concerns and issues related to employee leaves.

· Assists the HRIS Administrator in maintaining the JDE System. Conducts audit of the system from time to time.

· Assesses PGPC’s current policies, guidelines and practices against market benchmark and best practices.

· Assists in company-wide administrative functions and directives as part of Office Management Team (OMT), including employee activities for Makati Office and supply chain processes through Ariba.

· Provides administrative support to the company’s High Five recognition and rewards program.

· Maintains 201 files and HR policies data.

The Individual

· Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, accounting or 4-year business related course

· Minimum two (2) years of solid experience in company benefits administration

· Knowledgeable on statutory benefits

· Familiar with relevant Labor Code provisions

· Experience with HRIS or similar application/software

· Proficient in MS Excel

· Good verbal and written communication skills
