Job Description and Qualification:

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent
  • Keen to Details
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang/ Muntinlupa City
  • Atleast 1 year experience as HR Assistant handling payroll, timekeeping, compensation and benefits
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Must be keen to details,target driven, goal oriented and strong customer service skills
  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Can work under pressure and can handle difficult situations
  • Willing to work longer hours if needed
  • Can start ASAP.

Tasks:

  • Assists in the recruitment process such as sourcing, testing and screening of applicants.
  • Assists in orientation and introduction of newly hired employees.
  • Assists in the documentation and in facilitating various non-technical trainings and in organizing employee related activities.
  • Assist in the database population for the new payroll system up to live implementation.
  • Generates monthly payroll reports, prepares payment returns and payment request for statutory remittances. (SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG)
  • Maintains and update employee masterfile and employee loans on HR & Payroll system.
  • Prepares, maintains and update 201 files/Personnel Records of all supervisory and rank and file employees
  • Provides support for prompt and reliable HR services.
