Job Description and Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Fresh graduates or career shifters are welcome to apply.

· Prior experience working in benefits administration and liaising with government institutions.

· With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management or a graduate of any 4 or 5-year related course.

· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

· Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, extended work hours and holidays and weekends.

· Amenable to Work from home temporarily with at least 30MBPS internet connection.

· Amenable to work on-site in Northgate, Alabang.

· Amenable to work under a third-party agency.

· Amenable for a project-based employment.


JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to maintain high confidentiality.

· Knowledgeable on policies, rules and guidelines pertaining to government mandated offices (SSS,, Philhealth, BIR and HDMF)

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to meet goals in a fast paced environment

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Responsible for completion of employees’ PIN (personal identification number) from required government mandated offices – SSS, BIR, Philhealth and HDMF during an employee’s onboarding process.

· Responsible for auditing and coordinating with new hires on completion of benefits-related documents such as (SSS loan statements, BIR 2305, Philhealth MDR, etc.) during onboarding process.

· Responsible for liaising with government mandated offices in submission and completion of employee benefit availment requests.

· Responsible for coordinating with government mandated offices on payments and posting of premium contribution and member loans.

· Responsible for checking completion of exit clearances and off-boarding documentation.

· Assist in the maintenance of benefits reports for as well as, weekly/monthly HR operations reports.

· Assist the CNB Team with employee services transactions and other CNB functions.

· Assist the CNB Team in filing documents inside 201 folders

· Assist the CNB Team in training and managing OJT’s

· Work on special projects as requested. Other duties may be assigned.
