Job Description and Qualification:

As an HR BUSINESS PARTNER, you are the front line to our employees and functional leaders.  We need someone who can quickly become a trusted advisor to our leadership team in Manila and our partners in HR.  You will provide both hands-on and strategic expertise across a broad spectrum of human resource subject matter areas including talent management and retention, employee relations, career development and conflict resolution.


  • Bachelors' degree in human resources, general business or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Philippines labor law and employee relations best practices with 7+ years of HR experience
  • Preferably with experience in IT company
  • Ability to work across more than one shift based on business need
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement and maintain strict confidentiality in managing challenging and/or sensitive situations
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility and act with complete integrity
  • Strong business acumen and broad HR experience with a proven track record as a business partner, and in collaborating with HR colleagues, functional specialists and internal clients
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and support actions
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal style and influence effectively at all levels in the organization
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Challenges the status quo and looks for continuous improvements
  • Open to work on a MID-SHIFT schedule
