Job Description:
  • Be focused on providing general HR assistance and issue resolution, largely HR system related initially for inquiries from internal employees in a call center environment
  • Communicate with impact, apply critical thinking and drive to provide world class service within a team orientated environment
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from global colleagues and provide accurate answers and detailed information to their HR inquiries
  • Ensure all communications and transactions with the call center are properly documented in appropriate systems
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in customer service, preferably in call center environment
  • Team player; strong collaboration skills
  • Technology savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Keen to learn and adapt to new opportunities
  • Detail-oriented – enjoy digging into and solving problems
  • Strong customer service orientation is essentials
  • Flexibility to work various shifts starting at 6am and ending at 6pm
  • Able to work in Bonifacio Global City (BGC),
  • Prior experience in HR and HR systems (WorkDay) is not essential but is a definite plus
  • Proficiency in other Asian languages will be beneficial.
Additional Description For Team Leader role:
  • Must be an experienced people manager, nice to have if the candidate has experience in start-ups, should be KPI driven
  • Will provide mentoring and coaching to a team of HR Call Center Representatives to ensure that the team meets set KPIs and guidelines
  • Provide reporting and act as main point of contact for regional and global leadership
