Job Description and Qualification:
The HR Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for updating and maintaining HR records and information for firm employees. This job supervises data entry clerks. Collaboration and day-to-day work with US based stakeholders and leadership is required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience related to data entry from shared services anbd BPO industry.
- Understanding of typical HR employee information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint) and data analysis tools
- Experience with HR systems
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to work in a NIGHT-SHIFT schedule
