Job Description and Qualification:

The HR Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for updating and maintaining HR records and information for firm employees. This job supervises data entry clerks. Collaboration and day-to-day work with US based stakeholders and leadership is required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience related to data entry  from  shared services anbd BPO industry.
  • Understanding of typical HR employee information
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint) and data analysis tools
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to work in a NIGHT-SHIFT schedule
