Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payroll reports following bi-monthly schedule
  • Run and upload reports on various HR systems
  • Handle employee inquiries, concerns and requests concerning administration of benefits
  • Prepare and submit documents to concerned government agencies (Philhealth, SSS, HDMF)
  • Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, coordinating interview schedules, monitoring pre-employment requirements and organizing onboarding of new hires
  • Fulfill HR reporting requirements (government reports, internal reporting requirements, etc.)
  • Collect accountabilities and company assets from exiting employees
  • Assist in other day to day HR tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • With at least 2 years HR generalist working experience with focus on payroll administration, benefits administration and recruitment
  • Knowledgeable in Philhealth, SSS and HDMF employee benefits transactions
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, independent and can be trusted to handle sensitive information
