Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge in the following: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, Employee Relations, Talent Management and Performance
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the labor laws
  • Familiar with the HR practices and regulations
  • Can start ASAP

Job Scope:
A. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage onboarding and off boarding process for employees
• Manage all data associated with the recruitment process – e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, etc.
• Manage all recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
B. Compensation, Benefits and Payroll
• Process employees’ salary, calculate payroll and ensuring appropriate, accurate and timely payout
• Manage the administration of benefit programs to include: health, retirement, death, disability and unemployment.
• Evaluate procedures and solutions to improve human resources data management.
C. Employee Relations
• Delivery end to end process of employee engagement, company culture and recognition program activities as plan.
• Building up good relationship in organization including welfare, and quality of work life; as well as Employee Engagement Program.
• Assisting in maintaining and developing Employee relation and engagement, including implementing CSR activities.
• Other assigning of employee engagement activity.D. Talent Management and Performance Management
• Responsible for Talent management, Performance Management and Development processes for the organization under guidance of HR Manager. This includes running the Succession Planning process and also supporting the development of key talent.
