Job Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 10-12 years professional work experience in an MNC (multi-national corporation) or an organization with global presence
  • Experience with organizational change management practices
  • Experience in a start-up and build to scale environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PPT
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation -CRM tool preferred
  • Knowledgeable with the latest HR software tools
  • Very well adept with social media, software, and web applications
  • Excellent strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile and flexible mindset
  • Problem solver with customer focus
  • Have the ability to work in an autonomous environment where you can be a self-directed, independent worker
  • Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced and evolving environment

Job Description:
  • Partner with management to build engaged and high-performing teams acnhored in the company's culture and values
  • Follow the latest HR trends and best practices to build and update our processes, handbook and utilize project management skills to manage small- and large-scale people initiatives
  • Manage and implement the recruitment process in hiring world-class talent
  • Handle the on-boarding process for a seamless experience for all staff
  • Facilitate regulatory compliance requirements, employee and local labor relations, proactive performance discussions, training and development
  • Project manage recruting targets and timelines
  • Ad hoc role requirements
