Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Must have experience handling all the facet of HR.
  • With excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
  • With strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:

• Provides HR Operational daily support to the business directions through variety of HR activities such as Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Orientation, Development & Training, Performance Management, Employment Compliance to Regulatory concerns, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits administration, Welfare and Wellness, Employee Services and Counseling.
• Contributes to the communication journals both internal and external, with close coordination with Corporate Communications Manage
• Spearheads the Recreation Committee on initiatives and programs
• All HR related activities
