  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
  • Required skills:
  • Atleast 5 Years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and interaction skills
  • Must be target oriented, goal driven and motivated
  • Can work under pressure and strong organizational skills * Can start ASAP

Job Description:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Manage onboarding and off boarding process for employees to gain knowledge and skills needed to become effective members of an organization.
  • Assist in checking professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures.
  • Manage all data associated with the recruitment process – e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, etc.
  • Manage all recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely manner.

Compensation, Benefits and Payroll

  • Process employees’ salary, calculate payroll and ensuring appropriate, accurate and timely payout
  • Manage the administration of benefit programs to include: health, retirement, death, disability and unemployment.
  • Evaluate procedures and solutions to improve human resources data management.

Employee Relations

  • Delivery end to end process of employee engagement, company culture and recognition program activities as plan.
  • Building up good relationship in organization including welfare, and quality of work life; as well as Employee Engagement Program.
  • Assisting in maintaining and developing Employee relation and engagement, including implementing CSR activities.
  • Other assigning of employee engagement activity.

Talent Management and Performance Management

  • Responsible for Talent management, Performance Management and Development processes for the organization under guidance of HR Manager. This includes running the Succession Planning process and also supporting the development of key talent.
