Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Hris Administration, SAP.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Eton Centris.
  • Preferably 3-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Must have an experience working with Shared Services industry.
  • Technical Degree or equivalent required (All majors considered; HR preferred)
  • Good knowledge of SHARP systems
  • Attention to detail, understanding of different system implications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in HR and Business Operations work
  • Experience in HRIS, Personnel and SAP transactions
  • Experience working in a global organization and/or shared service organization
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes
  • Good understanding of data protection requirements across Europe
  • Able to work under pressure and learn quickly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actions cross country employee moves for all of Europe including Expatriations, Repatriations, International Permanent Transfers and those moving with no relocation support.
  • Creates contracts and offer packs for all International Permanent Transfers into MBS MEU countries.
  • Receives instructions for moves from Global Mobility.
  • Sharp Transfer specialist for Europe including non MBS countries
  • Work with third party providers (Immigration, Relocation) where necessary ensuring compliance to policies and local laws.
  • Provides high quality and timely customer service ensuring all requirements of the moves are understood and actioned.
  • Advise and coach Line managers and HR stakeholders on the polices and process and responsibilities they have within them.
  • Understand and instruct the subsequent moves required for international moves and expats and can advise WFA on process.
  • Coordinates onboarding by timely handover to relevant country providing line managers with the tools required.
  • Liaison with home country C&B teams to ensure correct MIP records are kept.
  • Provide feedback and propose improvements to processes and SOPs/SSDs to ensure information is accurate, relevant, accessible and easy to understand.
  • Ensures all actions are audit compliant
  • Spots opportunities for continuous improvement and takes responsibility for projects allocated to them.
  • Able to answer complex employee queries
  • Ensures all documentation is filled correctly as per country requirements
