Job Description and Qualification:

The HR Head will provide strategic HR leadership across the Company and will actively contribute in the organizational decision making process. He/she will partner with the business and HR to ensure full gamut of HR services are provided in line with strategic business objectives.


He/she will lead company-wide HR function such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, HR systems, HR administration, Benefits, Training and Development, Retention and Employee Engagement.


The HR Head will design and direct the road map for leadership development across different levels as well as drive performance management and goal alignment across the Company.

Moreover, he/she will drive career development by creating individual development programs for each employee and lead the Talent Review discussion for succession planning.  

He/she will lead the compensation and benefits review, and update the salary structure if needed and will likewise develop policies, direct and coordinate HR activities.  He/she will work closely with leadership team developing and implementing solutions across the whole business


The ideal candidate have at least 20 years of experience preferably in an executive level specializing in Human Resources. 

He/she must HR background in relation to talent management and organizational development as well as a strong understanding of the business and its needs to strengthen organization’s culture, values and long term goals.
