Job Description and Qualification:

The Role:
  • Administer the entire recruitment cycle for regular and project-based hiring and ensure the right person with the right competencies are placed in the right jobs at the right time.
  • Help develop and implement the career and leadership development programs of the company
  • Craft the annual training plan and coordinate with concerned groups the efficient implementation of training programs
  • Assess training needs, identify and employ resources, determine instructional/learning methodologies, select and develop training tools, materials, and facilities
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as necessary
  • Manage the budget and lead the vendor selection, accreditation, and contracting process
The Candidate:
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in handling recruitment
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in training needs analysis, design and development; facilitation, implementation and evaluation of training programs
  • Experience in the design and implementation of leadership and career development programs
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work in Makati city.
