Job Description and Qualification:


Responsible for monitoring and supervising the following areas:

  1. Manpower Planning & Forecasting
  2. Recruitment & Employment
  3. Timekeeping, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration
  4. Employee Relations/Labor Relations Management
  5. General Managerial Functions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR or related fields; Masteral Studies is an advantage
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive professional HR experience with a minimum of 5 years as HR Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills in English .
  • Equipped with a wide knowledge in Human Resources functions to include Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training & Development & Compensation & Benefits
  • Exposure in a healthcare industry is an advantage
