Our client is the support centre for the Australian business, CoinOpSolutions. CoinOpSolutions is an Australian-based company that was established in 1999. Since then, it has grown to be the largest operator and provider of amusement crane/claw machines in Australia, with contracts in most of the major shopping centre groups in Australia.

Job Description and Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management,  Psychology, or any other related courses; 
  • At least 10 years of working experience in human resources management and / or organizational development
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices (General HR).


  • Directly report to the CEO & Operations Manager.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
