Job Description and Qualification:


Lead & directs the Human Resources team to ensure that Human Resources (HR) Department is managed well and performing in accordance with its departmental goals and objectives. Coordinates human resources activities such as recruitment & selection compensation & benefits, labor relations & training.


1.       Responsible in planning, organizing, controlling and managing all aspects of the department’s annual plans & programs.

2.       Formulates current and long-range programs, plans, and policies for the organizational development.

3.       Review, Monitor and evaluate on how to achieve monthly departmental Key Performance Index (KPI’s) – including that of other departments.

4.       Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors

5.       Identifies appropriate training programs & develop training agenda for leaders, officers & their teams.

6.       Responsible for hiring & firing of employees; in strict compliance with the procedures under the labor code.  Recruits employees to fill up important vacant positions.

7.       Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.  Policies, procedures & processes, must be in  compliance  with mandated government  including, food & safety requirements.

8.       Crafts business & people solutions.

9.       Manages talent & succession planning.

10.   Plans for overall plant organizational development.

11.   Remains updated in all existing, new, government regulations & on employment procedures. 

12.   Ensures proper industrial relations and conditions of employment are maintained.  Serve as link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

13.   Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs for employees’ motivational needs.  Analyzes within labor market to determine competitive wage rate or come up with an appropriate compensation plan.

14.    Ensures that employees’ abide by the company’s code of conduct & ethics.

15.   Supervises the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in policy and food safety and food security requirements.

16.   To perform other related duties that may be assigned by management or special projects as required.


JOB SPECIFICATION:                  

Education:       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology and or any related course

Experience:      With Human Resources management experience of at least 3 years

                           Preferably from construction industry
