Job Description and Qualification:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree holder of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of related experience specializing in Organization Development, Employee Relations or Labor Relations
  • Has contributed significant projects for the improvement of the HR department and the organization
  • Excellent leadership skills; has ability to lead, motivate and coach people
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills, capable of building partnership across all levels in the Organization;
  • Confident, analytical and creative, with ability to create, recommend and lead delivery of HR related projects;
  • Adaptable to changes, and able to lead, motivate and coach the team in driving Company's Vision
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork within Mindanao (Davao based)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Analyzes the organizational health of the business unit/ functional group relative to that of the whole organization, and develops appropriate HR interventions and strategies that consider existing and future HR and business unit/functional group directions
  • Coaches business unit/functional group head on integrated and structured approach of leading change initiatives and transitioning individuals and teams in the unit
  • Identifies gaps in existing HR policies, formulates HR policies relative to business directions in order to address gaps; consults with other business units/functional groups, if necessary, and creates communication plan relevant to target audience
  • Provides facilitation and consultancy services to the business unit during:
    • Alignment and calibration of performance goals and targets across division; and
    • Validation, calibration, and management of performance results
  • Collaborates with Training & OD in the facilitation and consultancy services given to the business unit/functional group and during development of job competencies, including identification of emerging competencies required to meet business objectives
  • Drives the efficient and effective implementation of labor management system across the organization/ account handled.
