Job Description and Qualification:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the overall strategy of, establishing goals for and implementing Human Resource (staffing, employee relations, training and development, wage and benefit planning and administration, performance management, medical and communication) programs to improve organizational productivity, engagement and morale within established financial constraints while balancing the needs of the workforce with those of the business. Acts as an employee and management advocate.

Role Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Should have strong leadership skills 
  • Preferably with experience working as HR in a bank 
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
