Job Description and Qualification:


  • Manage/coordinate Human Resources within the company including employee relations, conflict resolution and policy adherence. 
  • Assist the HR Leader in providing guidance to line managers dealing with disciplinary, grievance and capability cases to promote fairness and compliance with legislation and policy.
  • Regularly track absences and retention statistics and support line managers in managing trends and specific cases. Adding value through analysis of results of Employee Satisfaction Survey with line managers, facilitation of colleague focus groups and driving delivery of actions.
  • Develop policies based on long and short-term strategies for HR needs within the portfolio; Partner with senior managers of portfolio to drive business vision and proactive employer of choice initiatives to drive motivation, diversity, retention, positive work environment, etc.
  • Partner with functional HRMs & key HR process owners to implement proactive employee relations strategies, roll out HR initiatives, & provide local HR support & assistance within given portfolio


  • Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 3 years’ as a supervisor or manager in the field
  • WORKDAY human resource information systems experience desired
  • Demonstrated leadership & ability to motivate & energize teams. Strong results orientation & track record of success
  • Willing to work in a night shift schedule and work from home temporarily.
