Job Description and Qualification:


  •  Analyzes the organizational health of the business unit/ functional group relative to that of the whole organization, and develops appropriate HR interventions and strategies that consider existing and future HR and business unit/functional group directions
  • Coaches business unit/functional group head on integrated and structured approach of leading change initiatives and transitioning individuals and teams in the unit
  • Identifies gaps in existing HR policies, formulates HR policies relative to business directions in order to address gaps; consults with other business units/functional groups, if necessary, and creates communication plan relevant to target audience
  • Provides facilitation and consultancy services to the business unit during:
    • Alignment and calibration of performance goals and targets across division; and
    • Validation, calibration, and management of performance results
  • Collaborates with Training & OD in the facilitation and consultancy services given to the business unit/functional group and during development of job competencies, including identification of emerging competencies required to meet business objectives
  • Provides inputs in the design and review of the people development programs and career development systems, incorporating business directions, applicable trends, and appropriate assessment tools
  • Designs and reviews the talent acquisition process and develops long-term talent sourcing strategies including strategic employment programs and alternative work arrangements that will ensure a steady supply of talents to supply business growth.
  • Provides input in the design and reviews compensation and benefits strategy and its implementation in the business unit/functional group, incorporating business directions, applicable laws, research and benchmarks, and the compensation and benefits principles of the organization.
  • Influences and challenges the management of culture in the business unit/functional group, ensuring alignment with the corporate culture.
  • Designs and reviews employee engagement strategies, incorporating business directions, identified strategic people issues; and applicable laws and company values.
  • Provides facilitation and consultancy services to the business unit while building its responsibility in managing employee engagement issues; analyzes issues on the employer-employee relationship; and develops strategies that will drive high levels of employee engagement.
  • Drives the efficient and effective implementation of labor management system across the organization/ account handled.




  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of work experience, with 4 years generalist experience in human resource management and at least 2 years of which involves account management, labor relations and /or internal business partnering.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills, capable of building partnership across all levels in the Organization;
  • Confident, analytical and creative, with ability to create, recommend and lead delivery of HR related projects;
  • Knowledgeable of labor regulations
  •  Adaptable to changes, and able to lead, motivate and coach the team in driving Company's Vision
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
