Job Description and Qualification:


● Taking initiative in creating, supporting and perfecting all HR-related processes at our Manila facility.
● Playing a central role, in conjunction with the Sales Manager in forward planning and strategy development for the facility as a whole. 
● Creating and supporting advertising campaigns to assure the needed number of new consultants, including, but not limited to online job-boards, social media, job fairs and university collaboration. 
● Showing leadership and attitude that will take the facility to another level. 
● Managing the recruitment and selection process. 
● Organizing and running orientation sessions. 
● Providing support to existing team. 
● Participating in creating training programs to grow leaders and specialists. 
● Creating and sustaining an atmosphere of collaboration, personal growth and initiative. 
● Critically assessing and developing policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective. 
● Benchmarking and modernizing terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits for all staff levels. 
● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
● Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 
● Nurturing a positive working environment. 
● Reporting to General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics. 
● Ensuring legal compliance in collaboration with Legal and Accounting leaders. 

Our requirements: 
● At least 3 years prior HR-related experience. 
● Native/advanced English. 
● Bachelor's degree or MBA in Management or Human Resources. 
● Proven ability to create and sustain the HR processes. 
● Desire to grow professionally and financially.
