Job Description and Qualification:


  • Responsible for TIN Enrollment of Newly Hired Employees
  • Orients Newly Hired Employees about Helpline
  • Prepares Probationary Contracts
  • Prepares and processes Employee Movement (Promotion, Transfer, Demotion & MOD Appointment) related documents such as requisition, letter and PAN.
  • Preparation of  Promotion Announcement.
  • Responsible for the First Aid Kit and Medicine Consumption for Head Office Personnel.
  • Monitors Employee Misconduct.
  • Prepares Notice to Explain, Written Warning, Notice of Suspension, Preventive Suspension and Notice of Termination to erring employee.
  • Provide assistance in disciplinary action investigation.
  • ยท         Provides assistance in all concerns relayed through the HRD Helpline is immediately acted upon.
  • Conducts Exit Interview to separated employees.
  • Processes and provides documents in relation to DOLE Compliance such as Request for Audit, Registry of Establishment and Request for No Pending Case.
  • Ensures the completeness of fill out requirements on BDO Application Form for smooth and faster processing.
  • Prepares and sends overall reports such as Grave Offense Monitoring, Disciplinary Action Monitoring, Employee Movement Report and Exit Interview on a timely manner.


  • A Graduate of BS Psychology or HRDM
  • With at least 1 year of work experience in HR
  • With experience in handling documents related to DOLE
  • With experience in Recruitment and retirement procedures.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00AM- 5:00 PM
