Job Description and Qualification:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration of HRDM or of any related fields.
• Minimum of 4 year HR experience with background in recruitment, compensation and benefits management, culture building and labor laws.
• Minimum of 2 years in HR supervisory role

Duties and Responsibilities:

RECRUITMENT
• Implement recruitment-related initiatives
• Initiate and strengthen partnership with sourcing channels, academe, review centers, and professional organizations
• Conduct end to end recruitment
• Provide data analytics on recruitment
• Coordinate frequently with the requesting team leaders on the status of their requests
• Implement the scholarship programs
• Implement talent attraction initiatives that would address manpower needs for tomorrow
• Receive and monitor manpower requisitions from all branches.
• Facilitate deployment and onboarding of the new hire.
• Organize the New Hire Orientation (NHO) program.
• Implement the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
• Draft and update Job Descriptions (JD)
• Draft or review psychological reports of applicants.
• Oversee HR staff on the implementation of recruitment
• Assist in the manpower planning

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND CULTURE BUILDING
• Propose and implement employee engagement and culture building activities
• Oversee the engagement team
• Monitor budget for these activities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
• Review timekeeping and payroll prepared by HR staff every payroll cut-off of the month.
• Manage benefits packages availed by employees such as statutory and HMO company provided benefits.
• Prepare and disseminate memos, advisories and announcement.
• Cater to HR-related concerns of employees.
• Implement benefits administration.
• Oversee last pay processing and last pay documentation to separated employees.
• Oversee timekeeping and payroll orientation to new hires.
• Ensure that statutory requirements are paid/complied on time

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
• Conduct exit interviews for separated employees
• Facilitate HR system improvement.
• May process cash advances, liquidation, check payment requests and petty cash for employee engagement activities
• Conduct labor scanning for manpower third party supplier.

ADMINISTRATIVE
• Attend HR team daily huddle and monthly departmental meeting.
• Assist HRM in the annual budget preparation and forecasting
• Provide weekly and monthly HR-related reports and analytics
• Draft and implement processes, policies, and correspondence
• Oversee and monitor performance of HR Staff
• Represent HR in inter-department collaboration meetings
• Comply with any call outs regarding Quality Standards.
• Perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary.
