Job Description and Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Management. MBA is a plus but not required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years experiences a HR Specialist covering areas of:
  • Company Policy and Procedures
    • Policy and procedures making or involvement.
    • Implementation of policy and procedures.
    • Issuing Memos and disciplinary actions.
    • Handling and resolving complex organizational issues.
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation and benefits structuring
  • Establishment of Performance appraisal or enhancement
  • Employee Retention Program
    • Payroll and reporting of contributions
  • Employee Relations
  • Training Programs
  • Recruitment and Separation Process
  • Regulatory Reporting and Compliance
  • Records Management such as 201 Files and others
  • Industry exposure: Banking, MNC Manufacturing, Large Organization with at least 100 regular employees, with some years in MNC Logistics company with at least 100 regular employees.
  • Strong personality, firm, assertive, proactive, positive mindset, independent and impartial, with high integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Can handle pressure, and with high regard to confidentiality.
  • Willing to assume additional responsibilities and render overtime when necessary.
  • With leadership qualities and ready to assume leadership role in short period of time.
  • The position is challenging with lots of opportunities for learning and exposure handing group of companies involved in logistics, trading, hotel, real estates, and media productions.
