Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavorial Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experience in a call center background/contact center specializing in Human Resources Operations or HR Generalist function from Shared Service or BPO industry
  • Required Skills:
    • Excellent command of the English Language both verbal and written
    • Open to work on a shifting schedule (Mid and Night shift)
    • High level or competence, strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills
    • Strong level of accountability and professionalism
    • Customer focus, keen to details and performance driven
    • Experience working in multi-cultural background is an advantage
  • Qualifications:
    • Understanding and experience in the use of HR systems and tools (i.e. MyLearning, SAP P40, PeopleSoft, Workday, Success Factors, Taleo, etc.).
    • Understanding and experience in the use of Case Management systems and tools (i.e. BMC Remedy, Service Now, Neocase, etc.).
    • Adequate experience in using MS Office applications. Desired knowledge and expertise on Macros.
    • Mandarin or Korean speakers are highly needed (with Language Premium)
    • Should have exposure in the ff: PAYROLL, TIME AND ATTENDANCE ADMINISTRATION, RECRUITMENT, HR DATA MANAGEMENT, HR REPORTING, HELP DESK AND INQUIRY SUPPORT, TERMINATION PROCESS
    • CAN START ASAP
  • Open to fresh graduates 
  • Hired candidate will either handle North America or China/HK/Taiwan and Korea

Scope of work:

• Provide administrative and operational support on defined HR functionalities anchored on KPIs and SLAs focused on quality, timeliness and responsiveness.
