Job Description and Qualification:

John Clements is looking for a passionate HR Policies & Guidelines Manager for a consumer financial services company headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, United States. The work location will be in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.


Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any 4 or 5-year course.
  • At least 5 year’s Management Experience.
  • Human Resource Management Experience is preferred.
  • Must be seasoned in the documentation of HR policies and guidelines.
  • Willing to work as a contractor/consultant for at least 3 months
  • Willing to work at night


Key Job Function:

  • The candidate will be in charge of reviewing and documenting current HR processes and guidelines.
  • He/she will be closely working with the HR VP, AVP’s and Managers in drafting the said guidelines.
