Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year Experienced Employee(s) specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job Role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
  • Candidates must have excellent communications skills.
  • Experience in Recruitment/Sourcing/Talent Acquisition/Sales is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a BPO Industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Must have the drive to convince people.
  • Fresh graduates are open to apply.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Can start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate footfall according to standards for recruitment requirements.
  • To manage number of invites and show up.
  • Manage phone invites through various sourcing channels.
  • Manage number of calls made per day using the spiel provided in a professional and timely manner.
  • To generate the following reports: Leads report, Invites report and stats monitoring.
  • Provide feedback to TL on the leads generated.
