Job Description and Qualification:

  • In-charge of case management and employee & labor relations
  • Coordination with DOLE and NLRC
  • Coordinates and guide facilitation in implementing annual HR processes (Code of Business Conduct Training, workforce planning, headcount budgeting, annual salary review exercise, Employee Value proposition related initiatives and local employment requirements etc)
  • Execution of ER principles and labour code where relevant
  • Coaching and mentoring of leaders, peers, and team members to effectively manage people issues
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in diverse HR organisations, ideally within the shared services / mining industry and in the local area (or ability to quickly build requisite business knowledge)
  • Strong background in case management and ER & LR
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking and agility
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organisation to achieve results 
  • Track record of delivering results as an individual contributor
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and explain complex issues
