Job Description and Qualification:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • HR Specialist helps craft and post job listing on online boards and other websites, including coordinate with executive search partners to attract applicants.
Screening and Assessments
  • HR Specialist meet directly with the candidates to conduct screening interviews, conduct skills matching for the role the candidates are being considered for.
Recruitment Coordination
  • HR Specialist identify potential hires from all the assessments. The Specialist would have worked with the Hiring Managers in identifying shortlisted candidates’ the meets or exceeds the job requirements.
  • HR Specialist shall facilitate the smooth and orderly on-boarding of the new hire once job offer is accepted.
HR Generalist Support
  • This role will also act as a Business Partner to the different teams in the comapny's operations. Will administer and execute HR transactions and initiatives in areas of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Engagement and Account Management.
  • The HR Specialist shall support overall company adherence to fair hiring practices by periodically reviewing hiring and interviewing processes. This requires the Specialist to understand the Philippine Labor Standards.
  • The Specialist shall help the company in maintaining quality talent by developing retention strategies. And make recommendations to reduce employee turnover.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology or Social Sciences
  • At least 5 years’ experience in end to end Recruitment.
  • At least 3 years’ in Generalist HR exposure, Business Partnership and Account Management
  • Knowledge and ability to apply different methods to acquiring a best source of candidates for the different recruiting requirements
  • Competency-based Interviewing Techniques.
  • Builds professional relationships and demonstrates strong teaming and partnering skills
  • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously with attention to meeting deadlines
