Client Overview:

Our client was established in the first quarter of 2012 and was engaged in purchasing of coconut shell charcoal (CSC) from local farmers, granulated them to required sizes and prepared them for export to its affiliate companies in India, Vietnam and Sri Lanka after a thorough quality control process. At an average shipment volume of 700-1000 metric tons weekly, these were being used to manufacture Activated Carbon of the other affiliate locations.

Job Description and Qualification:

This position reports directly to the Country Manager as the First-level Superior; and indirectly to the Human Resources Manager - Asia as the Second-level Superior.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  2. Post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent is an advantage.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of local and global Labor Laws.
  4. Extensive knowledge and application in Employee and Labor Relations, Training and Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Performance Management System, Recruitment and Selection, and Talent Retention.
  5. Demonstrated ability in developing employee morale and coordinating with different departments.
  6. At least three (3) years of experience as an HR Practitioner, preferably at a Management level.
  7. Work experience in a Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
