Job Description and Qualification:


  • To ensure that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of Human Resource Plans and programs are realized.
  • Development and administration of HR plans and procedures for the Company and its personnel.
  • Planning and organizing the activities of the HR Department.
  • Implementation and revision of the Company’s compensation program and conducting annual salary surveys and developing, analyzing and updating the Company’s salary  scheme.
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s salary scheme and evaluation program.
  • Developing, revising and recommending HR policies and procedures and updating Company’s handbook.
  • In charge of Compensation and benefits.
  • Maintaining and implementing HR Compliance action programs.
  • Implementing and updating of HR Information System.
  • Overseeing recruitment activities, conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling, as well as exit interviews
  • Assist in administrating Expatriate staffs and policies. Reviewing and implementing internal documents for Expatriate regulation.
  • Evaluation of Employees’ performance and maintenance of HR records and reports.
  • Conducting HR Staff meetings.


  • Must be an Accounting graduate
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in a managerial position.
  • Preferably with experience in overseeing expatriate documentations.
  • Good command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Competency in MS Office applications is a must.
  • Willing to work in Alabang.
