Job Description and Qualification:



RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be the competent contact and advocate for employees within the department.
Responsible for all People & Culture related matters with primary focus on Organizational design, management development, retention, and development of high potential talent.
To focus on the Organization’s business priorities, and how to achieve and measure those results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5 years experience, preferably from Multinational or FMCG companies.
Working knowledge of the functional HR areas.
Knowledge of Labor legislation.
Understanding of the Corporate People & Culture strategies and Corporate values.
With strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Self-motivated and with decision making and accountability.
Strong communication / negotiation / facilitation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Team player with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence with impact.
Strong stakeholder management.
Individual contributor but with Team Management skills.
