Job Description and Qualification:

Human Resource Business Partner 

We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our client organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a business partner and manage issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide end to end HR support for all HR processes like Talent Management. Learning & Development, Strategic HR, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Comp & Ben etc.
2. Analyse trends and metrics in HR Department
3. Work closely with management, operations leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and enhance productivity
4. Monitor and report workforce and succession planning.
5. Suggest HR Strategies and have strong stakeholder management.
6. Initiator and critical thinker.

Other requirements:

  • Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations a plus
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, payroll, recruitment, training etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
