They sell their Factory Automation product through distributors. The client decided to set-up 3 new companies here in the Philippines last June 2019 with 60 local employees and 4 Japanese expatriates.

Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description:
  • Review current HR rule for Recruitment Process, Job Offers, Labor Contract, Evaluation System and Salary Table
  • Improve the HR rules and regulations and update the company handbook
  • Creating rule about internal documentations for purchasing from request to approvals
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure and Job Description for each position
  • Communicate with the Japanese Head and the Local President
  • Report to Japan Head Office
Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, HRDM or any related courses
  • With at least 10 years of experience handling Human Resources and General Affairs
  • Experience working in a big Japanese Company is a MUST
  • Well-versed in Philippine Labor Law
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking
