OUR CLIENT is one of the biggest trading company in Japan. In 2018, our client established their company in the Philippines. They import Japanese truck from Japan and sell them to local car dealers and B2B sales. Since the company is new, they are now expanding and hiring new employees.

Job Description:
  • Responsible in Recruitment from hiring to firing (job ads, paper and interview screening, arrange face-to-face interview schedules)
  • Responsible in the preparation of the job offer, recruitment contract, etc.
  • Responsible in considering salary structure  and review
  • Support the programs and policies in the area of compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, training,etc. (There is an HR Consultant who is responsible in the labor rule)
  • Handle emergency cases such as natural disaster and confirm safety of employees ASAP
  • Some admin and related general affairs
  • Graduate of a Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resource and related course
  • At least 4-5 years of related experience in HR
  • With experience working in an automotive company (trucks) or automotive parts
  • Experience in Recruiting Sales, HR, Accounting, and Admin for a trading company and skilled in gathering applications from different sourcing grounds
  • Experience in volume hiring (the company targets to hire 30-40 staffs within the year)
  • Willing to work in a newly established company
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
*Work schedule is Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
