Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description:
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR & Admin department 
  • Ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources and administrative plans and programs are realized
  • Responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR & Admin department. 
  • Serves as the link between an organization’s management and its employees, work runs the extent from providing consultation on strategic planning with top management to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff 
  • Maintaining, designing and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Recommends and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees in compliance with Philippine Labor Law 
  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Conducting annual salary surveys
  • Performing benefits administration 
  • Maintaining affirmative action programs 
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads 
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling 
  • Maintaining department records and reports 
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and other related/equivalent courses
  • At least 5 – 7 years of work-related experience in HR & Admin functions and procedures
  • Extensive background in human resources, organizational behavior, management and leadership; industrial relations and labor relations as well as administrative
  • Strong connection with headhunters/agencies
  • With background in IT industry and office fit-out an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
