·       Help define the key value proposition to drive growth of the business

·       Create and build key channels including PR, Partnerships, Inside Sales, SEO, Paid Marketing, Events and Outbound.

·       Build out a commercial function for SMEs that will be responsible for onboarding, customer support, go-to-market and pricing.

·       Build product partnerships with local vendors as necessary.

·       Do research about growth trends and keeping across the latest trends and insights of the digital landscape.

·       Manage customer growth with cost and retention rates in order to maximise return on investment and value for spend.

• At least 10 to 15 years of work experience in a FINTECH industry
• Exposed to the business development, product management, partnership function
• Can interface with people across level and culture
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen
