Job Description and Qualification:

  • Provides strategic and tactical direction to the entire sales team on detailed activities to achieve revenue goals
  • Ability to executive key KPI’s established during the start of the year. Specific to revenue, profit and growth targets. Deliver on time all reports
  • Has deep understanding of the IT Channel landscape – Key industry focus and Technical knowledge of partners
  • Establishes key relationships across entire sales cycle eg end users, resellers/SI, principals and consultants
  • Operational command of the business on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Understands pipeline management and regularly report accuracy of forecast to each principal. Leads all pipeline reviews internally and with each principal
  • High level understanding of each product Solution
  • Recruit, develop and mentor sales team thru regular feedback and one on one sessions
  • Understands management of the P&L and cash flow business
  • Attention to detail on call reports, claims, contracts, PO’s, partner agreements and NDA’s
