Job Description and Qualification:

Marketing Strategy
  • Provide the strategic direction on marketing based on customer insights, competition trends & business analytics, optimize the marketing budget to build a strong top of the funnel awareness and preference to drive revenue and profit for the bank
  • Build the brand inside out and ensure that actual experience meets or exceeds our external communication. Work with the Consumer Business Manager and Digital Sales and Marketing Head to create an over-arching brand and communication strategy and embed into organizational culture through Corporate Affairs and internal stakeholders
  • Champion the customer's voice and bring the company brand and value propositions to life (in accordance with Regional and Global playbooks), to drive regional brand health and preference targets
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives to establish and strengthen the company‚Äôs position within the local market, in order to acquire prospective clients and engage the existing customer base
  • Build strong partnerships internally and externally creating opportunities for CRM and sales, leveraging agency/partner expertise to create engaging, visceral and fresh creatives and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Decision Management and Customer Experience to gain timely customer insights and data-based results, and to use it effectively to drive continuous improvement on messaging and communication.
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external policies, regulations and guidelines, and maintain a strong governance discipline for all forms of communications
Budget, Metrics & Reporting
  • Establish KPIs and measurement benchmarks for communications and social media, understanding efficiency and effectiveness of spend for campaigns and promotions
  • Develop metrics and post-implementation reviews for the campaign and work through with stakeholders to continuously improve on the quality of each campaign
  • Ongoing monitoring of competitor and market trends to drive in-house and agency innovation
  • Prudently manage the marketing budget, including accruals and invoicing
  • The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
    • Thought leadership and domain expertise in Marketing and/or Communication
    • Strong project leadership and management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and activities in a fast-paced environment
    • Can forge relationships and influence local and regional partners
    • Strong ethics and integrity above all
    • Robust strategic, analytic and problem-solving skills
    • Strong execution and disciplined implementation skills of complex projects and engagements
    • Passion for design and delivery of outstanding customer experiences with a strong understanding of how digital technology can enable this
    • A great communicator (verbal, written, presentation), with strong relationship management and influencing skills at all levels
    • Outstanding leadership passion and credentials; ability to effectively communicate with own team, internal stakeholders, suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality business outcomes
