Job Description and Qualification:

Will directly report to the President of the company.

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible in handling all HR facets but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relation/Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and Organizational Development
  • Will handle HR strategies to support the President of the company to manage the Organizational Development of the company
  • Will propose and support the safety initiatives of the company
  • Other job/responsibilities assigned by the President
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Organization Development: Strategize and improve the evaluation system, salary table, company rule and procedures, etc.
  • Employee Relation and Engagement: Lead the COVID-19 vaccination program of the company inline with the IATF guidelines. Also make sure that the work environment for the employees are healthy for a better performance
  • Work side-by-side with the President of the company and advise HR cost and projections. Give advise and suggestion to the President in relation to HR matters
  • Training: Suggest what training should the company provide to the employees, make 2-3 training program plan and explain the logic and the need for such trainings
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource of any equivalent course
  • With at least 12-15 years of work experience in Human Resource handling all HR facets including Organizational Development
  • With at least 8-10 years of work experience as a Manager with strong people management
  • With strong background in Organizational Development
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Willing to work immediately
