Job Description and Qualification:

Role Responsibility: To manage the Human assets of the institution to deliver financial targets and meet customer needs. As such, the institution must be fully staffed, the human assets trained and developed with competencies, knowledge and values aligned with strategies to optimize opportunities in the new economy that is driven by digitization, Artificial Intelligence, robotics. Strategic thinking, Innovation and Courage are requirements for the position.


  1. Lead the Human Resource Team
  2. Ensures Institution is fully staffed
  3. Manage salary and benefits issues
  4. Sets Training and Development plans including Performance Evaluation
  5. Manage Union issues
  6. Sets direction for Human Resource Management
  7. Implements Human Resource Plans

Role Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Should have strong leadership skills 
  • Preferably with experience working as HR in a bank 
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
