Job Description and Qualification:


Main Responsibilities:
• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

Other Responsibilities:
• Establishing strategic human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
• Creating human resources operations by establishing strategies in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation & benefits.
• Develop talents through developing employee training programs
• Creating employee efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
• Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Manages the Health, Safety & Security functions of the organization
• Responsible for developing employee engagement programs to increase employee morale
• Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, and analyzing information
• Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
• Liaise with Directors & Managers to understand their requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate strategy
• Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation. Forming strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment
• Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any other related degree
• Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position
• Excellent communication(both in English and Filipino) and leadership skills
• Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees
• Ability to innovate to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Skills in Selection & Placement, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Health & Safety, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement & Maintaining family culture in the organization.
