·         Implement the company’s code of conduct, culture, and best practices and will work with a very dynamic, close-knit team as an individual contributor.

·         Manages daily Human Resources operations.

  • Designs and implements training and development programs based on the identified needs of the employees in the organization to develop work productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensures the proper compliance to provisions with management, maintaining company standards in terms of employer-employee relationships. In addition, effectively develops compensation and benefits programs and structures to promote employee attraction, retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Strategizes in the development of initiatives that put focus on how Human Resources operations affect the overall performance and outlook of the company. This requires the provision of clear directions and general guidance to the stakeholders of the business. The formulation of company policies and procedures and ensure that these are translated into action is expected.
  • Ensures that the company is compliant with the labor code, local government regulations on employment, and in-house company policies.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
  • 8 to 15 years of working experience in a start-up or multinational setting.
  • Extensive generalist experience in a multinational or start-up setting, involved in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Engagement, and Organizational Development.
  • Experience in setting up HR policies and processes.
  • Experience in the “ramp up” phase of Talent Acquisition.
  • Extensive and full spectrum human resource generalist experience, especially in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, and Employee Engagement.
  • Able to work in a very dynamic and flexible working environment.
  • Good time-management, coordination with business units, and being able to consult with senior management
