Job Description and Qualification:


·         Encompasses planning and implementation of recruitment and placement activities, training and development initiatives and assessing effectiveness based on measures developed and other related HR activities

·         Plans, directs, organizes and implements training and recruitment programs and strategies in line with corporate strategies, vision and values to build organizational capabilities

·         Builds and maintains partnership with internal clients in conceptualizing programs and solutions to various HR challenges and opportunities, particularly to training/development and recruitment

·         Develops/establishes the annual training/recruitment budget and monitor/control of the same to meet division targets

·         Plans, develops, implements and evaluates training and development programs to address employees’ learning and developmental needs, including the development of relevant policies and procedures to continuously update and improve the function

·         Reviews, updates and sets  policies and procedures relative to HR subject for approval of the Corporate HR Manager

·         Acts as the Quality Person for the department, ensuring compliance to ISO procedures and maintaining quality systems for HR

·         Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the reports being submitted

·         Responsible for safeguarding all confidential information received in accordance with data privacy principles

·         Maintains professional relations with External Training Consultants and Firms, Resources Speakers, Schools, Manpower Agencies, Recruitment Media, and other related professional affiliations as well as all employees


·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College in Behavioral Science or Business Course or equivalent

·         Minimum of 5 years relevant managerial work experience handling recruitment/placement, training and development, performance and career management in a manufacturing industry

·         Must have working knowledge with all services provided by HR as well as government laws related to employment

·         Must have good written and oral communication skills (strong influencing skills)

·         Resilient, flexible and can adapt easily with changes

·         Can deal and manage with all employees at all levels – sensitive to organizational cultures (formal/informal)

·         Must be computer literate, familiarity with SAP and Microsoft applications is an advantage

·         Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
