Job Description and Qualification:

Job Scope:

  • Will serve as an Advisor/Consultant to the Company President
  • Analyze existing HR/GA policies
  • Improve Organizational Development and provide Change Management
  • Implement Training Programs for internal stakeholders (Horensco, PDCA, 5S, Improvement System)
  • Must have strong experience in Human Resource, with expertise in Training and Organizational Development
  • Preferably with previous experience working in Toyota Group
  • Possess excellent communication skills (with Japanese Executives)
  • Can work under Consultancy contract
