Job Description and Qualification:


  • Support a wide variety of systems from a Level 2 perspective
  • Work with business clients to debug or trouble shoot applications
  • Investigate SQL stored procedures, .Net code, VBA macros and Perl scripts from a support perspective to debug issues or perform analysis for minor enhancements
  • Work with system analysts in your team and peer with upstream/downstream Application teams to form a top-performing support model align with measurable business SLAs
  • Incident ownership and management with on-call requirements on a roster basis
  • Coordinate code deployments with Dev, release and QA
  • Coordinate development efforts with the development team for major enhancements
  • Investigate feed failures and manage to resolution
  • Track and produce key metrics for the team and develop strategies to increase efficiency
  • Remain current on standards, technologies, approaches and methodologies
  • Consistently apply the concept of continuous improvement
  • Adhoc responsibilities as directed by management


  • Minimum 2 years working experience supporting systems at Level 2 (support)
  • Experience with relational database structures and methodologies
  • Proven ability to multitask both independently and within a team
  • Excellent English communication (both written and oral). Chinese or Japanese is a plus, not a must-have.
  • Applicable experience or undergraduate degree or Designation in Computer Science disciplines
  • Ability to understand business process requirements and through the use of technology, conceptualize creative solutions through to implementation
  • Experience in financial industry
  • Awareness of ITIL practices in aligning IT services with the needs of business.
  • Action oriented, creative and proactive thinker

Successful candidate will have strong knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in at least 3 of the following technologies:
  • Node js
  • MS SQL
  • Informatica development (or related ETL tools)
  • CA Work Load Automation
  • Python
  • VB.NET
