Job Description:
  • Analyze Client’s IT system and infrastructure
  • Understanding client’s IT business needs
  • Diagnose IT system problems, inefficiencies and challenges
  • Plan or project management a timeline for IT project completion
  • Implement technology solution to meet client’s business needs
  • Analyze and determine IT security threats
  • Provide insight and advice on technology best practice
  • Collaborate with Client’s IT Team to ensure technology familiarity
  • Train IT Team on use of new IT system/ technology
  • Monitor IT solution success
  • Produce detailed report on technology efficiency
  • Lead and guide the IT team on Finance review and any audit activity
  • Monitor and supervise IT team’s DTR and their day-to-day task
  • Schedule and share weekly MOM on local IT team
  • Prepare and submit weekly documents and reports to Client or as per business requires
  • Attend and lead weekly meetings with Client and principal office, together with IT team
  • Attend and lead weekly meeting with Client and with Tokyo office
  • Provide insight and data on local IT team’s performance review
  • Minimum 6 years experience in an IT environment with an emphasis on Service Delivery
  • Can coach and train technicians
  • Knowledge and experience on maintaining servers, networks, pc etc.
  • Experience on handling helpdesk.
  • ITIL Certification (plus)
